| It's not that hard to get used to reading it in another language. I actually haven't read all 7 books in the same language (1-5 in Danish, 6-7 in English). |

Yep, Poisonium hit bull's eye with his/her/its wild guess.
The book is very good. Though I won't forgive Ginny for stealing Harry.
Mackay: I see how the thread title could come as an imperative. If I could have made the thread in Catalan this ambiguity wouldn't have existed. But Catalan is not a very well known language, is it? |

For some reason I had it in my head that the title of this thread was an imperative, like "READ THIS THREAD". So I did. It just wouldn't have been the same if I'd had to read it in Catalan, and I'm glad I waited for the English translation of this thread, though it wasn't really everything I expected.
(Poisonium, spot on) |

| Referee isn't a native English speaker. Since he read the other 6 books in his native language, he preferred to wait for the translation.[/wild guess] |

@Courk: You were actually mentioned as a possible commenter.
@referee: I'm still curious why it took so long for the book to be available to you though. And did it live up to your expectations, this long after the hype has died down? |
