Well Im still missing 1 vote but to move along the game I will announce the result.....the first player to be evicted from Big Brother GL is........

also TGC has requested to be replaced but I can not gather volunteers so he will be simply kicked out. So we are down to 5. Now on to business.
The next Head of Household competition will be a quiz run just like 3iff's honesty quiz it will be hidden and when you are ready just highlight the questions and pm me your answers. They will be graded in order if you miss a question you are out of the competition. Also answer the two tiebreaker questions at the end. MNOWAX as outgoing Head of House you are not allowed to compete. All answers will be either Sab, TGC, or MNOWAX |

Ok on Big Boobs if I hadnt heard of it I used wikipedia and google search. I got nothing on wikipedia and what do you think I got when I typed Big Boobs into Google. Sorry I know that is unfair but it was the only way I could be subjective about the whol thing.
Baa Baa Black sheep is a POEM about a sheep. yes there are probably cartoons about the sheep but I wouldn't count Pocohontas although she has a cartoon because she was a real person. Just cause they are in a poem or song does not make them fictional.
Home and Gardens I will give you. I just wanted to check.
Beach Volley Ball would have been counted if the category was sports. However as far as I know both Volleyball and Beach Volleyball use the same type of equipment a "Volley Ball" I am not aware of any special beach ball.
On adj this is how I graded if it was necesary to desribe it I allowed it. For instince one player submitted "bulbous boil" for things to keep hidden I accepted the answer of boil but did not give him/her a point for bulbous. However someone submitted Adult Books (which was DQ because it started with A) but Adult is okay as an adjective because it was necesary to convey meaning.
Another Example: Blue Car (DQ blue is not necesary to describe car)/ Blue Whale (necesary to distinguish the actual species
Other questions and pleas will be accepted till Friday but I doubt they will change the outcome as I lokked at the few that I would possibly change and they did not affect 1st place. Lexprod just had the better list. |

I'm not sure how sheltered a life you've had, but I'm sure I saw an advert for Big Boobs while watching Beach Volleyball once...
(seriously though, it's not a subjective adjective if it's part of the main name of the sport. Would you disqualify 'Motor racing' or the entire field of 'Equestrian' because they have adjectives in their titles?)

I'd have stopped at that point, and come back to it later...
From what I understand of this game from when I was a kid (with reference to the stated rules here), you are to provide 3 answers beginning with a 'B' for each category, that no-one else chooses. I think there is a bonus structure for multiple words in one answer starting with 'B', but I'm not entirely clear myself on this structure. (Though the basics ARE clear)
eg, for 'a type of fruit', 'Belgian Banana' (should an item exist), would be an excellent answer. So long as no-one else picked it. (no pun intended). Two more answers make your complete entry for this category. |

Strategic Scattergories
Enough of this togetherness and hive mind philosiphy.Its time to be different. For those of you who don't know Scattegories is basically the exact oppisite of sheep. I have been trying to figure out a format to play this on a forum for awhile and came up with Strategic Scattegories while making a list of games for Big Brother. So whats so strategic about it.
Well like always I will give you a list (one taken directly from my old copy of the game) and a letter via dice roll. You will submit words that fit the cattegories and start with the letter given. However as this is Strategic you will submit 3 words. You are also allowed and encoraged to conspire with one or more of your housemates to try and win. You can play defensively or offensively however you want. As always compound words with the same letters will give you double points. i.e. (Frosted Flakes for cereal.) Also names can be given as first or last. (i.e Leonardo DiCaprio would count for D's and L's.)
I think thats it for now. Lets make a tentitive deadline for Friday but early subissions are a good thing. The Winner of this competition wins the Golden Power of Veto and has the power to remove one nominee off the chopping block (including themselves) or to keep the nominations as is. Good luck! |

Which doesn't allow for inexact matches, whereas UM doing it by hand can catch an inexact match.
I'm not really complaining, I did well enough. But I can't see the spreadsheet either, as I don't go to Indiana University. |

Behind the Scenes
First off Puzzle Scot and sAbLLimINal your life in the big brother house is at stake. Also in case you did not see, milkshake, I did post the full results. They are not as good as Amb's but its the best I could do.
Now on to the Veto Competition. It will be another large submission game. I apologize in advance, I originally had a smaller game planned but it worked better with 6 players. That game will be held next round. Most games will not require the work of sheep but such is life. I will post the rules soon. Good Luck. |

Sheep Results
after several hours of work (I understand why Amb doesn't do these more often) I have tabulated the resuts for our first luxury competition. I did not recieve submissions from Sab or TGC so there were 5 contenders. In 5th place with a total of 126 points...MNOWAX. In 4th with 133...Puzzle Scot. In 3rd with 138 points...raekuul.
That leaves Lexprod and newcomer milkshake. In second place with 166 points...................Lexprod
That means with 177 points milkshake has won the Hypno Ring. before any eviction you may choose one houseguest to make your slave and vote for whoever you are voting for. (may only be used once) (all item actions must be sent via pm unless other-wise stated)
I will try to get the spreadsheet up ASAP. Now MNOWAX you have a serious choice to make. please post in thread your 2 nominees for eviction and the reason you chose them. I would like to be able to post the Veto competition by Monday so the sooner the better. Good Luck. |

Thanks for submissions, I am still missing results from milkshake and Sab. since milk needs some extra time anyway, I am going to extend the deadline till Wednesday. at that point I will post the results. But for now I have a few announcements.
Regarding the items, all HoH's will be given one though I will not annouce specifically what each item was. Items may be given or traded. However, for a trade to be sucessful both parties must pm me what they are trading and with whom.
...and speaking of HoH. It is time to start thinking of nominations. MNOWAX as soon as I post the sheep results you can post your nominations. Im going to set a tentitive deadline of Friday for nominations but the sooner I get sheep, the sooner you can nominate, the sooner I can post the Veto competition, the sooner we can evict.  |
