LTC = Leadership Training for Christ.
You go to a convention and compete at different events. There are a horde of events to choose from. You are rated against a standard (not competitively) and recieve a gold, silver, bronze, or no award. Just as a little brag because CzarJ mentioned his speech award here are my 2001 LTC awards: (remember Gold = Very Good, not First Place)
Golds:
Large Chorus (45 members)
Small Chorus (12 members)
Poetry
Radio Minute Message
Service Challenge
Signing and Interpreting for the Deaf
Song Leading
Speech
Video Bible Drama

Silver:
Live Modern Christian Drama

All I did was Sermon and Drama. Still waiting on my drama... I wanted to do small chorus and song writing but it didn't work out =/

i was in charge of puppets for our church... got to run around wildly and try to keep the puppet moms from causing too much trouble of our 14 teams, 13 got gold, and 1 got bronze, but two of their team quit at the last minute, so that's understandable.

oh, and i did quiz by myself, for fun, 230/250
