Happy Thanksgiving! (to all the GLers who live in countries where that means anything) And may the rest of you have a very good day on Thursday anyway.
Well, anyway, the news part of the post... I'll be pretty much completely offline for Thanksgiving break. My family is going to Arkansas, where there won't be any internet access. But don't worry. Sunday night I'll be back! |

Everyone left my dorm...all alone...
I don't go home to family and such until tomorrow. *checks watch* I shoudl go to bed soon.
Oh well, a guy I know is staying here is first Thanksgiving, what a joy that must be, wandering around a dorm devoid of people. |

They let him stay? At my college they kicked you out of the dorms. You had to go to overflow housing if you wanted to stay on campus.
Oh yes, I will be leaving this afternoon and will also have much more limited access. Not that it matters sicne I am not in a gane that is doing anything. **cough** Belgoody **cough** |

But Brits get loads of time off at Christmas, and an extra day at Easter too.
Here, if New Year's on a weekend, you don't even get the Monday off. |
