VOTE: GC
The fact that Vegetable2001, a mansion dweller, believes the housing hypothesis, plus overzealous defense of people in big houses, motivates my vote. This is Vote 4 of 5. Let GC speak first. |

Very well. I was planning on coming out with this information a bit later this day, i wanted to see how certain people were acting first though.
I am Commander G. Crayons of the marine core navy seals. I've been trained in military media for quite a while, and i'm on the lookout for the Diego family in Old Hallow. So, yes. I am a cop.
As an added bonus, i can also heal one person per night, along with my investigation.
Last night, i investigated Jason. He killed Jesternl - i saw it with mine own eyes. Unvote: Darkblade.
I can tell you right now that i will protect Tans tonight. That means, aliens, that to get to Tans, you'll have to kill me. However, you can be quite sure that the mafia will be gunning for me tonight as well, so they'll do the job for you. My plan is, is that i say we leave Jason alive today. Let the aliens kill him tonight, leaving the town's hands free with a lynch. This, of course, is all trusting the aliens to actually go for the Jason kill, but offing a member of a rival mafia is always a plus for a mafia.
I'm not opposed to simply out-and-out lynching Jason, however. Just something i had thought of, and decided to entertain the thought for a moment. Until i see feedback, my vote stays off of Jason. But i can assure you, he's quite guilty of murder. |

You're lying Green Crayons. I am not mafia and am not guilty of murder. Therefore I can only assume I was correct about the housing situation and you are in fact the Alien Queen or the Mafia Godfather. I suppose you're going to come out with some investigation results to prove you are a cop.. If that is the case I could probably role claim a cop myself.. Darkblade is a carpenter, you are Mafia Godfather/Alien Queen, Kingpin is Alien Queen/Godfather, Mikegoo is a Doctor, Vegetable is a Mason, Tans is a Scientist, Xerox is Mafia, Werebear is a Carpenter.
Just so you know, I am not a cop, I'm just working off the information in the thread and instinct. The mafia already know I'm an innocent from jesternl's investigation result from night two, so I may as well tell you I'm Mr. Jason Woodbine a skilled tradesman and expert in all fields of carpentry. When I replaced Quercitron on day one he had not put in a choice (that's why he was replaced so quickly) so I started to build an extension on my house on my night 2 choice and finished it on my night 3 choice. One of the other carpenters picked my place to build an extension on on night one and finished it on night two, thanks for that by the way.
So I stick with my vote and hope the town will lynch the right man. |

A couple things. Why would the navy seals be in this small town? Why would there be a commander of the navy seals here? My vote is deffinitly on GC now, because of the way she presented her name, in relation to the way other peoples names are. Everyone else (i think) has had their name be partially their name, partially random. i.e. Logain Romanus, Leviticus Ceranius. You get what i'm saying.

There is a level of bias based on our own view of wealth. Believe me when I say that not all those that live in mansions made their money from bad business practices. I have to agree that there are certain roles in this town that seem far-fetched. But you cannot deny the fact that we have carpenters. GC you point a finger in the direction of a person you say is evil then suggest that they not be strung up! This is the reason you look suspicious to me.

Does that make me lynched?
God. What a stupid town. I have a healing ability with my investigation. Leading me to believe that there are no doctors.
I investigated Werebear the first night, then Crackerjack the second. So, unless if there's a godfather, Werebear isn't Diego family scum.

I had my reasonings - to get the town a free lynch. Wow. Huge FOS: KingPin. I was going to investigate you tonight, too. Vote: Jason.
And, for the final time, I am a guy. Jeeze. |

Since it's only twilight, and not night, the noose is only around my neck; it hasn't been tightened. So my final words of argument and reason are this:
1. When my role is revealed to be telling the truth, look at those who were quick to have me lynched.
2.
| Quote: |
| 1) you rejected the idea of powerful roles being in |
I did no such thing. I rejected the idea that only powerful roles would have big houses, because that would be pretty freakin' obvious for who the mafia to go for. Which equates to an unfair game.
3.
| Quote: |
| 2) you lied about investigating Jason. |
What are you talking about? I investigated Jason night three. God.
Aliens, i dont know why you voted me, if you did. The remaining Diego family would have killed me off tonight. Now they'll simply go for someone else, possibly you. Oh well.
Stupid town. I thought the game was enjoyable, otherwise, Sebastian. |

One more thing before night falls - TANSTAAFL - enjoy.
G.C., if you aren't mafia, I apologize in advance... it's hard to look at logic like Jason's (especially logic that tells my role when I haven't) without believing it. |

| Disregard the thing I typed previously about the investigation of Jason. For some reason I thought this game started with Day 1. However, I am still very convinced the GC is guilty. My additional reasoning is as follows. We know that eigther Jason or GC is lying mafia scum. Jason has claimed carpenter and said that he built one extension, and Wearbear claimed to build the second. If Jason was lying about his role then another carpenter could say "your lying, I built your 2nd extension" and it would be an easy lynch. But, since no carpenter has come out saying Jason is lying, we must assume he is telling the truth, which leaves GC as the guilty party. |

Old Sebastian steps out from the cab of a rusty old pick-up, as the skidding dust settles to the dry ground. As the town gather around in the early morning, Old Sebastian grunts and spits on the floor. Shielding his eyes, he peers at the crowd.
“Crackerjack an’ Professor Jesternl got themselves thrown into the quarry last night. They..” he pauses and glances away from the questioning gaze of the townsfolk. “They, eh, they were beaten bad an’ shot by the looks of it… I’m sorry.” He clears his throat and turns away, hobbling off to the gallows. He sighs and sits on the wood, staring at the hot sand.
The crowd slowly tread through the street. The sun blazes. The air is still. Tiny midges circle in the air. Under the shade of the stone church, the crowd sit on the old oak benches and eye each other warily.
“So are there still aliens around? I'm trying to make out who did the killing for the night, and neither kill seemed to be too alienish,” ventures Green Crayons.
“There are more aliens. I was attacked last night by an evil little monster but I managed to avoid it by hiding in my beloved attic. Apparently, it didn't think to look upstairs. Fool. Ha ha! Yay me!” replies Jason, sipping a brandy by the altar.
As the sun gets higher, the air gets drier and the day gets hotter, the crowd wait in the warm shade of the old chapel. It was built in 1878. It has an earthy, solid Romanesque feel with a pastiche of contrasting styles thrown in from only the lord knows where. Fat columns support the main entranceway, pointed reptilian gargoyles leering from above the door, and washy stained windows cast gaudy rays and shimmers on the cobbled floor. Walking through the church with its bricolage of opposing styles and colours, its lofty walls and arcing beams, its wretched and stifling heat, it reminds one of a hangover. The crowd sits in discomfort until the sun is low and the air is cool.
“D’ya see that Darkblade hangin’ around here at all? I sure think he might be up to something dirty. Let’s lynch him… He’s lurkin’ somewhere” suggests Jason, peering out from the church doorway, scanning the evening street.
“I ain’t no lurker, god dang it!” shouts Darkblade from one of the pews at the side, “I sure hope that we get some o’ them scum today. I can’t stand to wake up to another death tomorrow mornin’.”
The town nods, generally agreeing. There is fear in this church: Fear of nightfall, fear of death and fear of whatever it was that happened to Dr. Leviticus.
“I still think that if the Diego’s were gonna live anywhere they’d live in the big houses, doncha think?” Jason queries.
“Sounds feasible,” Darkblade agrees from his pew.
“Out of the question!” Green Crayons barks from the front of the church.
“Sounds like he’s tryin’ to distract us!”
“Ye think we’re stupid?”
“You’re gonna burn, scum!”
“Well, I’ll tell ya something for nothin’,” begins Green Crayons, leaning against a thick column out side of the church, squinting at Jason and chewing on a match stick, “I was scoutin’ out last night and I happened to see Jason drivin’ out o’ town. I got on my old bike an’ I drove right up there after him to see what he was doin’. You know what he was doin’? He was shootin’ Jesternl. If you want scum, he’s your man…”
“Huh?”
“I’m a member of the military, investigating the Diego family..” he adds.
“Wha..?”
“Yeah”, he continues, “but think on it this way.. if there’s still aliens about, maybe we should let him live so we can lynch someone else today and let the aliens kill him tonight…?”
“You're lying Green Crayons. I am not mafia and am not guilty of murder. Therefore, I can only assume I was correct about the housing situation and you are in fact the Alien Queen or the Mafia Godfather. I suppose you're going to come out with some investigation results to prove you are a cop.. If that is the case I could probably role claim a cop myself.. Darkblade is a carpenter, you are Mafia Godfather/Alien Queen, Kingpin is Alien Queen/Godfather, Mikegoo is a Doctor, Vegetable is a Mason, Tans is a Scientist, Xerox is Mafia, Werebear is a Carpenter.”
“Scum!!”
“SCUMMMM!”
“Burn him! Lynch him! String him up!”
It isn’t long before Green Crayons is wrestling with all his might. He knocks Jason back against the door of the church only a moment before Darkblade and Werebear crash into him from the side. He goes down, spit flying from his mouth. Kingpin grabs his arms and Vegetable dives onto his chest. Grunting, Green Crayons tears and struggles. He kicks out hard, knocking the men back onto the steps of the church and scrambles in the dirt. Jason dives onto his back and cracks an elbow into his face. Blood spurts onto the sand. Green Crayons feels blows from all around him. A boot lands sharply in his kidneys. Another into his nose. His leg brakes. Finally, a rock crashes onto his skull. He blacks out.
He awakes as his neck snaps on the lynching noose. Spluttering, he begins to die. As his vision fades, he watches the crowd shouting, cheering, and cursing his name. He gaspes. And spits.
Gasp.
Spit.
Twitch.
...
Silent, the crowd walks away from Green Crayons’ house on the top of Ridge Road. Some of them sob... Some of them smile. Old Sebastian looks up at the crowd as they walk down the hill. A tear rolls down his cheek, drops onto his leather waistcoat, dribbles and falls. It lands on the badge of Commander Green Crayons US Marine Core.
Commander G. Crayons, a military medic, of the marine core navy seals, has been lynched. He could investigate and protect one person per night.

Heavy footsteps pound the wooden floorboards. The Doctor cowers under the metal frame of his bed. The low mattress presses his body to the ground. His eyes dart toward the doorway. Clutching a heavy torch, he watches in the darkness.
The footsteps stop. The door silently glides open. Crickets sing in the desert outside. Chirp. Chirp. Chirp.
A shadow enters the room. The doctor lies still. Its boots walk closer the bed. Dr. Mikegoo’s heart pounds inside his chest. He breathes in shallow gasps. Calm. Stay calm.
“Who’s there?” he whispers. Silence. “Hello?”
The boots move out of sight.
“Hello?”
Chirp. Chirp. Chirp. It must be one of the Diego’s. God help me. Where is he? It’s so quiet. Maybe he’s gone. He shuffles a little. The bed seems heavier now. He can’t seem to move. He scrambles a little. Panic shudders through him. Claustrophobia dawns on him like a smothering avalanche. He can’t move anything except for his feet. He squirms and writhes. He looks around in the blackness. His breath seems hot and ragged. The air is close. He looks back out at his room. A pair of staring, twinkling eyes meet his gaze.
A black shotgun lowers, pushing against his face. He hears the click of the safety and squeezes his eyes tight. BLAMMMMMM!
Dr. Mikegoo has been shot in the face. He could heal one person per night.

The hot noon sun stares down onto the pasty faces of the scared townsfolk. Darkblade spits on the dirt as he sees Jason coming up the hill. Kingpin steps out from a crumbling porch, shading his eyes. Xerox and Werebear step out of the barbers with sticks in their hands.
The sun beats down on the dry sand.
Jason, whistling to himself, walks out from the ruins of the Old Hollow Hotel, sipping from a grubby whiskey glass. He passes Xer0x and Werebear, not even paying them a glance. It is only when Darkblade spits onto his face that he takes any notice.
"What the..?" he manages to splutter before the four angry men dive onto him, kicking and tearing. Bloodied, he is dragged to the gallows. He stares out from busted eyes at the townsfolk and smiles a toothy grin. The crowd frown. Werebear roars curses. Jason parts his lips...
"Hey gringo.. Hey old man... I never heard no bitch beg for more than your loose little daughter!" he chuckles. Old Sebastian, twitching, looks up from his yellowed newspaper. His draw drops. He blinks slowly over teary eyes. Jason looks at him, shakes his pelvis around and laughs.
"Little bitches love Diegos! Arriba! Arriba!"
Old Sebastian gets up from his stool, wipes his eyes with the cuff of his oily, ragged shirt, grabs a long elephant gun from below his table, stares at the laughing mad man and aims. He pauses, lowers the gun and smiles.
No one really knew what Old Sebastian did to that Diego, but they sure as hell heard it. Jasonez Diego screamed until his throat was bloodied and he could scream no more.

Stirring two sugars into a deep black coffee, Werebear paces about his bedroom, staring at the clock. There had been no gun shots, no screams and no car engines all night. Certainly the rest of the Diego family would seek revenge for the lynching this afternoon? He sips from a fat mug. It scolds his lips and he spits the coffee over the carpet, dropping the mug onto his clean sheets.
"@?#$" he exclaims, hastily stepping out of the bedroom into the dark corridor. He turns the corner into his bathroom, intending to fetch some water for his stinging mouth when the butt of a black shotgun crumples his face and knocks him backwards. Teetering on the edge of the stairs he sees a black shape stride towards him.
"You killed my little Jasonez, mother$%&@#£%!" grunts the shadow.
Werebear regains his balance and stands solid with fear, blood leaking from his face. The shadow moves quickly. Before he can see what is taking place, the warmth of his flowing blood drenches him from his neck to his chest. Hesu Diego replaces a knife inside his jacket and storms out of the house. Werebear falls to his knees, gargles, slumps to the floor, twitches and dies.
Werebear, a carpenter, has been killed. He could build extensions onto the houses of townsfolk.

Darkblade,
Seriously you take that to mean that I knew about the mafia being able to build additions?
Ridiculous.
I think that you have been pointing the town in the wrong direction on a couple of different occasions. Like when you were pressing the town to lynch the persons in the mansions. GC was against that deal. You are still going after the ones living in the mansions. Is this because you cannot easily kill those who have multiple places to hide?
Notice I have not had any extensions built onto my house! (hypothetical) If I were the head of the family ie GF, and knew that one was a carpenter, would I not have been building onto my house? How many additions have you built onto your house?
I think that it is very suspicious to come after someone quickly like you are in the endgame. Voting should be thought out. Your example against me is weak, and your habbits are being called into question.
I am prepared to vote you, but I will wait and see what the rest of the town has to say. I am also ready for a complete role claim to see where the town is setting. |

I've looked at the quote again, and well I still see you inferring mafia can build extensions. By using the word "but" you establish contrast. You screwed up. Nothing "ridiculous" in catching your mistake.

Really? Hmm, I know I'm innocent, and TAANSFL is pretty much confirmed, leaving two mansion owners and a cottage owner. It is more than likely that I was right and the GF is in one of the mansions. If it looks like I'm proably right, then how the hell am I leading the town astry? I realized that I overreacted to GC's excessive defense post because, well, abrasive refutations is just his style. And, mind you, I was not the only one who thought GC was acting suspicious.

Your logic is flawed. Godfathers, especially in gamse with more than one family ARE IMMUNE TO NIGHT KILLS. Also, if the mafia carpenter was discovered then lynched, then the person who the mafia carpenter targeted would be under heavy suspicion.
| Quote: |

In the endgame, lynching is to be thought out, not nesesarily voting. My vote was not based on a hunch alone; it was based also on the statement you made. I fail to see how it is a weak example. Every time I look at it, I see the implication that Mafia can build houses to makes themselves look like town.
I am 95% sure that Knigpin is mafia. My other 5% is at Vegetable, simlpy because Jason, mafia scum, called him a mason.

I think that Darkblade is the last of the mafia.
Originally posted by Darkblade post 86 page 3: Ihave a new theory, the Mafia, or at least the godfather, has a big house.
This sounds remarkably like the posts submitted by Jason
Originally posted by Jason post 104 page 3: I'm inclined to both agree and disagree with the big house theory. I think maybe the most important people in the game start off with a mansion whether they be good or bad. Like the godfather of the mafia, the alien leader and maybe a super vigilante or a super cop.
Darkblade started the lead against the mansions, Drawing suspicion away from his post in a house.
I am not all that worried now about aliens. I do not think that there are any aliens left, as we have not had an occurrence for several nights now. I assume that Jason was lying about being attacked by aliens, since we have not had any mention of them for a while and TANSTAAFL has not fingered anyone else. Because it would make sense 2-mafia 2-aliens. The other thing that makes me think that Jason was lying is I have been attacked, night 2 and hidden, but was not told who attacked me. Mafia goons were using this as a ploy for the town to keep looking for shadows.
Darkblade I will give you a concession, I cannot defend myself for the statement that you have pointed out. That's because it is your interpretation of the statement. When I read that statement I read; it is also a great way to look like you are town. I had no idea how the building of additions to the houses worked until recently. I thought it was a requested thing and that the carpenters should take note of who requested it. I was wrong, hindsight.
Anyone else want to contribute to this? or would you rather give up on the game?

Vegt!
(now for the real post)
From the arguement itself it's hard to tell whether kingpin, darkblade, neither, or both are mafia. I think i'm going to Vote Kingpin because i'm curious as to what the last mansion role is.

Veg,
It is great to hear from you. I suppose that you would like to know what my role is, I am... Dr. Al Hamdi KingPin. I have been busy at night protecting TANSTAAFL. He has had no reason to worry about night attacks since night 2. My role is "Doctor". This is why I found Darkblades statements and votes for me completly ridiculous. It was quick and came from an obscure post that he is twisting.

| Darkblade, Kingpin has presented a role claim (note the use of the word 'claim'!) and would you like to offer your take on what is going on? |

| Hmmm would the game have two docs? TAANSFL not being killed doesn't really mean that she's been protected by a doc; a scientist is no trouble at all to mafia. The doc claim is hard to verify. I'm a little suspicious abuot why KingPin, if he was a doctor, would choose TAANSFL over Wearbear last night when Wearbear was more of a threat to the mafia. Since I believe we have only one mafia left( or rather I hope so) I would like to reccomend that we all role claim. If we agreee on this course of action, I will role claim first. |

| I can agree to that. I'm the last mason. *looks up role name* Professor Marcus Vegetable MA Archaeology. Even if there were a way for me to confirm this, it does not necessarily mean i'm innocent though. At the begining of the game i hypothesized that one of the masons was really an alien. Something about how the email was worded. Something like "We had always known eachother" or something. It left room for one of us to have been abducted/replaced recently. |

Darkblade,
The reason I have protected TANSTAAFL is because she is the only investigater that the town has left. Protection to any investigating role I thought is important.
About my not protecting someone. There are others that I did not protect! Why not ask about those few? Why pick someone who died last night to try and prove a point? I did not protect Veg. Does that mean that I have performed my duties as Doc maliciously?
I have looked at many games to try and lead my role according to the previous masters. It seemed to me that protecting anyone that investigates is justified. |
