I can never see new posts the minute they are made. It isn't ISEs either. It happens in every topic, I have to not visit the topic for like 20 - 40 minutes before I can see new replies. I usually avoid this by clicking the edit button on posts and changing the ReplyNum, but I wonder if there is some other way around this, and what's causing it.

What browser do you use? I used to have that problem at home with aol 5.0. Version 6.0 solved that problem, though. I don't get it at work with MS IE.

This may sound stupid, but are you hitting your refresh button at all?

IE's cache will store pages for a while without doing an actual reload of a page to see if a new post exists.

Yeah, Logain's got it. Same thing happens to me sometimes... what you should do is check the time listed of the last post on the list before you go in the thread, and if it doesn't match, hit reload.
