I got a feature request. I know you don't like to change the structure of UBB, and that my request will probably never get granted--which is okey dokey--so this is mainly just a post for me to vent about the short-sightedness of the UBB programers.
Why can't they give us a five minute period after we first post a message in which we can edit the message without having

You can implement that yourself. Just wait 5 minutes after writing a message before posting it. 
Maybe if no one has posted in the thread after you then it shouldn't say that your message was edited.
