i thin kthat the html tags for underline, strikethrough, subscript, superscript, because they can't mess up the posts like some tags
oh and there some other tags that i can't think of now that wouldn't o any harm and would be useful sometimes

The only "abuse" for bold and italic I can think of is making really annoying posts. You can easily code something to bold/italic/both/neither every letter seperately, creating tremendous brain damage to unwilling subjects exposed to your post. Heck, people like Tenshi can abuse the mere use of letters!
