| By implanting human brain cells (grown from a human embryo's stem cells) into a mouse engineered to have Alzheimer's, Dr. Keyes inadvertently made a remarkable and startling discovery: she not only cured the mouse's Alzheimer's Disease, but the animal soon developed the relative intelligence of a human being. |
A 24-hr live audio feed lets you can listen to the smartest mouse in the world rattle around in his cage and squeak |

| OMG! So if we start using mouse brain cells on humans, we can cure alzheimers and give the patients the relative intelligence of - oh, wait... |

I'm not quite sure I believe that. Can anything non-human achieve the relative intelligence of a human being? I don't think that's possible. Unless some animal starts talking to me in English, and telling me that they have the intelligence of a human being, I won't believe it. |

*cough*
Maybe rodents don't have the vocal or mouth capablities to squeek in English. *ahem* and why, exactly, is English the language that rodents should speak in? English is actually pretty limited. There's only one word for, say, cheese...
[P.S.: I do, in fact, have the intellegence of a human being.] |

If you don't include cheddar, gouda, limberger, etc.
This does, however, show promise for individuals such as Will and Death Mage, for whom the intelligence of a mouse would be a step up. |

It's a proven fact that Gorillas have the mental capacity for human language. Koko, who has been taught sign language, was able to tell her handlers that she had a toothache through even just her limited use of sign-language.
I want to know what it means by "relative intelligence of a human being."
Relative to what? I mean, a mouse obviously does not have the cranial capacity for enough brain matter to even approach human understanding, or even higher-thinking. Hell, there's barely room for a brain-stem. _________________ Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like? |

| It's not the size of the pudding, it's how it shakes. |

| My pudding doesn't have time to shake before it's devoured. |
