Actually, I would wonder if they didn't have sex with males from either of the two parent species, even though it would serve no reproductive purpose. Their great-great-...-great grandma did so, and they're clones of her first parthenogenic offspring. The article mentions rare mutations, but otherwise, being clones, evolution would be largely out of the picture (otherwise any instinct to waste energy on purposeless sex would be weeded out). The question is whether hybrids between species, which are generally sterile but in this one case turned out to be parthenogenic, also lose their instinct to have sex.

Actually while watching the show they showed that one lizard gets on top of the other lizard and simulates the sex act to get the reproductive systems going, so yes they are Lesbians. Simulated Sex is still Sex, in my humble opinion.
