Wow, JP over American Beauty? We *are* allowed to consider things like the script, the acting, and the cinematography, right?

Hey, the script and the acting in JP were choice!

Nothing about the cinematography stood out though.

Don't look at me, I voted for Clerks. Felicitous Didn't see American Beauty...wanted to, but that was when mom was being poopy about me watching certain movies. Come to think of it, she's *still* poopy about it, but she can't do anything anymore since I don't live there. Har har.

I can't believe any of these are beating Mononoke. Its a beautiful film. Even for those not into Anime, its amazing. I'd highly recommend it.

Wasn't it done by the same guy that did Spirited Away, which I loved? I'll need to see Mononoke...I've heard lots of good things about it.

I can honestly say that I'd never heard of the movie. I'll look it up.

Same guy who did Spirited Away. He also did Castle in the Sky... another brilliant film. Of the three, I think Spirited Away was the worst. And thats saying something.

I remember being very small when I watched JP. I didn't really like it either. But I haven't seen any of the others so I guess I will give it a vote.

Did Totoro like it? I just wondered because I'd really like to get away from Samadhi's holiday camp.

It's not a camp, it's a farm.

My favorite part in Mononoke is when the dog was chewing on the dudes head.
