Another pair of movies I haven't seen. My brother loves the Silence trilogy though.

This is tied? Shocked

The Sting was a great movie but Lambs was briliant, the other 2 were alright, but this one was great.

Loves the Silence Trilogy? I can understand one and three (or zero as the case may be) isn't bad but two sucked wookie.

Wasn't that the one where Hopkins cut out Liotta's brains and fed them to him? Yeah, wasn't that cool as the victim became progressively lobotomized as he ate his very own brains? NOT

A grizzly misery.

I agree with my chicken farming friend above.

Silence is a monumental work and The Sting is fabulous -- it's just so tough to compare more modern films to classics like The Sting and The Great Escape.

Travis, what you're talking about is Hannibal, whose trasition to the silver screen was a very painful one indeed, focusing on the grotesque and not in the subtle, very unlike the book, which is good.
Silence of the Lambs was, of course, very good. Manhunt was okay, and Red Dragon was, again, good IMO.

I think the "that" he's referring to is the Samadhi's "two" right above...

I LOVED silence of the lambs. I'll have to get the Sting on Net Flix, now.
