That was tough. I was very tempted to vote Catcher in the Rye, but then I thought about how much I wanted Stephen King's book to get up there. _________________ Paragon Tally: 18 mafia, 3 SKs (1 twice), 1 cultist, numerous chat scum...and counting. |

I was tempted to vote for Catcher, then I remember it's a crappy book which I hate, so I voted for one of my nominees instead. _________________ After years of disappointment with get rich quick schemes, I know I'm gonna get rich with this scheme. And quick! |

I'm about one-third the way through Catcher in the Rye, and thus far unimpressed.
I haven't read Wizard and Glass, and would be shocked if I will before voting ends. (Especially as it appears to be book 4 of a series.)
As a result, I am tempted to vote for 1984. |

| Wizard and Glass is my least favorite so far of the series. But CitR was so unenjoyable that I didn't finish it. It's one of less than a handful of books that I've intentionally put down and thought "I'm never going to read that again." (the other that comes to mind was some Anne Rice book about castrated boys) |

| Wasn't Wizard & Glass involved in the TB in the first round too? What a coincidence. |

| One of them, yes. The one that lasted most of a week. |
