Darn. Topic title length is limited. I meant to have it read "small bugs, requests and TY notes, mostly for HyToFry / Antrax / Jeep / other techies"[/latest edit]
Initial Title: "My Questions for the Mino's"
Initial first post:
Actually, i have a feeling this will be for Hy, since will contain small bugs and "thank you" notes.
1. The "new messages in here" has an alt of "no new messages".
2. As i said, i love those nice touches you coding-mod(s) do. (reminder: it was about the deleting message not thanking me anymore...)

2'. That nice touch you did was about the deleting message ONLY. I would like a topic-delete notice that goes like "Remember, don't abuse the power to delete topics. If you really think it is not important anymore, do it, but be wise in your decisions" or something.
3. Please update the First page after any solution-&-new-puzzle post!!! |

TYVM for making "edited by ME on ..." so little and pretty! (now could other names really show down there? If so, please show it to me by editing THIS message!)

TY 4 combining the forums and permuting them around to have the Puzzles and Games @ top!
and for moving off-topic before VSN.
Finally, a "small bug" time! Actually it's not a bug, it's a FR. I was pretty fond of the edit-history possibility (since all prev. edit dates were in the post itself), and now it's gone. I don't suppose there's anything that might be done about it, is there? If i had enough time i would suggest leaving up to me to provide the code that appends "edited on ..., ... and ... by me", but the truth is that i DON'T have that time. Sorry! Well, FWIW this has been just FYI.

quote: What are icons?
Depending on the configuration of your forums, you may be able to associate an icon with each post that you make. There are currently 14 icons, each expressing a different emotion or identification. These icons range from a simple note to sadness to warning. These icons appear next to each topic in a forum listing and on each post. If you do not see icons, your forum administrator may not be allowing icons on this particular forum. (Thanks to Kombat03 for the icon idea!)
Is it here already??? Or else why in the faq? |

And that's a global option? Or could you say "if username=CrystyB then leave old edit info"?
And ty vvvm for the current time! It's VERY handy!
And 4 mith: ((ty for showing that to me. You should've changes something though...)) My implied question was "why does the FAQ provide that info since the webmaster didn't allow pictures anyway?". TY for taking time to read through this...

If not the radical approach, at least get a bit of it done: modify the "About Registration" (Registration is recommended, but not required, in order to post messages in this forum. Unless registered, you will not be able to edit messages after they are submitted.) to something that emphasizes more on recommended and not be able to edit...
And another request too: Is it so hard to make the titles of the topics editable along with the post #0?
The two tags @ end of "this bugs me" invisible and chess are working already? WOW!

Please make the last column in the forum table ("last post" column) a percentage, and not a fixed-width. The title looks like hell if my window is tiled vertical |

If you felt the NEED to understand (i know i do sometimes), you could've e-mailed me. This topic (quote)will contain small bugs and "thank you" notes(/quote). I KNOW I DIDN'T USE THE UBB quote, DON'T REMIND ME!
And the idea is that me and Hy (and probably any other mod in here) KNOW what we are talking about. |

The "last post" column @ Forums page features "2999" for GLP.
Also, you have the date closing tags "</FONT C></FONT>". Is the " C" a misspelling or is it there for visual aid?
A small request: could you make the links there "globals"? (meaning i saved it and the links are "local" - they go to a nonexisting location on my hard-drive! Except setprefs, faq and Never.) |

1) What mole said.
2) </FONT C> is a closing tag for color only. </FONT S> is size, and </FONT F??>(not sure) is for Face.
3) I could include "http://www.greylabyrinth.com/..." at the begining of each of the links, but it would increase the size of the html files. We're currently looking for ways to reduce the size of them. |

I hope you're not!!! The files that need size-reducing are the topic ones - i was talking about the 'Forums' page (the one glpics refreshes into).
FeatReq - i have been (and hopefully will be, starting today) using a DOS-based (actually i think they use Unix) browser, and no mouse. So from now on i will really be on every school day. ((there is a slight problem that i now realize: this will INCREASE the size of the topic page! )) I have no quick way of knowing the URL except by editing-a-post-of-mine/posting-new, when the redirect thingy gives me the address. So my request would be - have the f# and 6-digit-topic-# in a corner someplace, out of sight for those who don't look for it. Could you? TY!

WOOOW. Speechless. ((no problem for those non-replied to))
ok. Now i had cooled off - 10 minutes is a long time when it comes to appreciate things... -, so if it was so easy could you do it more like "Topic 000223: My Questions for the Mino's" then "Topic: My Questions for the Mino's - 000223"?
Have you had the time to read #14 and #15 yet? Ow yeah and TY 4 the preview post!!! [[i love "Date Time Etc... Wonderful Icons here." !!! Except there's nothing "etc" might stand for, is it?]]
