Was browsing through the puzzles and I noticed a possibly alternate solution to the above puzzle. If the numbers are counted by digits rather than actual numbers, then an alternate solution could be:

There are 11 1's 2 2's 1 3's 1 4's 1 5's 1 6's 1 7's 1 8's 1 9's and 1 0's
in this sentence.

The 11 would count as two 1's and the 2 2's would make itself true.

Comments? Suggestions? Death threats??

Somwhere I saw the exact same puzzle, and both your answer and the Grey Labyrinth answer were given as correct. I agree with your soulution also.

I too solved this by using "11", "2", "1", "1"...
Came to the discussion forum to spout about how brilliant I was, all the while KNOWING that someone would already have this solution...
