the room can be configured like it is. just put revolving doors in corners that would lead to an ajacent room; and one connecting rooms A and B with the outside. you would then tavel from room A to room D through the door that also leads to room B. Then go from D to E through the door that also leads to room B. continue on to room C through the door also connected to Room B. Then open the regular door to room B (which you have only seen but never entered.) and exit out of the trap door under the rug in the top right area of the room.
