If I had some archived ISO file (it's a .bin at the command line, but powerarchiver recognizes it and can extract it) and a .cue file for it, how would I make an actual CD out of that?

Nreo will do bin/cue files, as does CloneCD, and I thought most new burn programs can handle them actually.

I guess, technically speaking, you can't *make* a CD with that software, but it will let you "mount" it to a drive letter, so you can run it like a CD--which is better IMHO.

At one point, I needed to burn a CD, so I downloaded a trial version of Nero (which was also an iso file) and had to mount it in order to "try" it out.
