That any craft or art besides a puzzle can be posted?
Just wondering, and sorry if this has been posted before.

i agree, the big question isn't "is there any place?", but "which place?". i think it would fit well in science art & culture...start your own thread if you like.

for example, dragon phoenix posted a thread in science art & culture with links to blogs with his and bambi phoenix' photography. they're really good.

I'd say if it's art, such as painting or photography, it goes in SAC. If it's a craft like basket-weaving, I would again lean towards SAC, but would leave the thread in OT if that's where it started.

If you made a flux capacitor, I'd put it in SAC. If your hobby is fixing up old cars, it's probably more SAC, but, again, I wouldn't move it if it were in OT.

Pretty much the only things I would move out of OT are
1. Spam
2. Something that's clearly a puzzle
3. Something that's clearly a game

We I won't hunt you down for posting something in the "wrong" forum, but Sam might.

This thread concerns neither a "Feature Request" nor a "Site Problem".
Vote: Move it to the "Forum Moderators" forum.

Well, now that you ask, I wouldn't.

Actually, I think that this thread is now successfully Off Topic because none of the lastest posts address what the original poster cares about.

It's the GL. I don't think we can have threads that stay entirely on topic.
