Okay. This is the final exam. Simply read the selection and answer the multiple choice question with the correct letter and a quick statement explaining your answer.
When I got to the house, I could tell that that the world had been collapsing. I will try not to hold these shivers that I need to see. You want to trust the hog-tied alligators that bled 'til Sunday night. On the wall, underneath the money, take your tie, give it away.
What is the correct sequence?
A: Try, Hope, Radio, What
B: What, Try, Hope, Radio
C: Radio, Try, Hope, What
D: Hope, Radio, What, Try
------------------
-grace the mind with puzzles, games, and tapioca.-
-If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. (Not suitable for skydivers.)

| C: Radio, Try, Hope, What. Everyone knows that test-makers expect everyone to know the correct placement of at least 'one' of the choices, so they supply multiple answer with that choice correctly placed. Try, Hope, and What all appear in their respective spots more than once. |

Thanks Groza.
I have been dead busy for a while, only managing to post occasionally.
I hope to be back a bit more regularly now. |

Radio, Try, Hope, What.
The first sentence is a rather mangled quote from REM's Radio Song. The third is a quote from Hope. I don't recognise the other 2 straight off and I can't be bothered to search for them at the moment.
One thing that's interesting is that JEK seems to have taken 2 or 3 separate ideas from each song & combined them (for example in sentence 3 "Hog tied" "alligators" and "bled til sunday night" are all taken from different lines of Hope). I don't know if this is to camouflage the quotes or whether or not there's something else in them. Maybe there's more to this puzzle than meets the eye but if there isn't I'm pretty sure that C is the correct sequence. |

| D'oh, I've just realised that sentence 2 is derived from Try not to Breathe, another REM song. This seems to support my idea. |

Once again my test-taking logic shines through!
Thank you for confirming my answer Gomez.
