But to make up for lack of filler, let's spice things up a bit, shall we fellow GL forumers?

Though you are five people, you must vote for your decider, who will decide out of the two subjects to be killed, the one with the most votes, and the one with the second most votes.

Once the decider decides which of the two are killed, I will reveal if they are the mafia man or not, if they are, townsfolk have one...er, won, if a townie has been killed, we will keep playing, if the angel has been killed, the four of you, will soon become three.

Margin of game play is really small, but hopefully this can work.

I think you should change the cop. So that instead of effectively ruining the game by a guilty result, he would get an innocent (a random innocent person will be chosen).

Why not have an Angel OR a Cop, but the players arent told which the game has? Only the person who gets it will be able to claim what it is, and it would be suicide Revenge most foul!

The COP is the investigator, the ANGEL is the one who saves.

Still, they learn no information, they just save people.

Does the angel choose who to save or is it a generalized protection, such that as long as the angel is alive, no townies can be killed?

Traditionally, angel is cop. (Or more specifically, an angel is a cop that can only detect mafia; I think seer was an equivalent role that detected werewolves.) Archangel was doctor (or rather, a doctor that could only protect from mafia kills).
