If you were to want just a little more than 20 nuggets you could get 21 by buying 2 boxes of 6 nuggets and one box of 9 nuggets. However, if you wanted 22 you're outta luck.

Let's say that's possible , then you'd have to know the amount of McNuggets inside that McDonald's to solve this. If you order one over that amount, it would be impossible to get (unless you wait for the next order of McNuggets ).
