Fawlty Towers had a fairly easy time upsetting Arrested Developement but how will do against a fellow british sit-com.

I eventually had to vote for Basil, as I think Fawlty Towers is just more universal in its appeal. Yes Minister may have had wonderful single episodes, but too many of them require at least a basic understanding of the British political system for the format to work. (Which is one of the reasons why The West Wing never became that huge a hit over here.

This was very hard, but had to be Basil in the end, for some of the same reasons as Scurra said.
