With unanimous support, KradDrol is fastened to the pyre. His cries of innocence do nothing to dissuade you from your decision. But maybe, just maybe, you ought to have listened to him. There is no fanfare, no cause for celebration. KradDrol was a villager.
You're about to retire to bed when you notice something peculiar. Your neighbors look very strange. You look first to the left, then to the right. They seem to be fading in and out, as if their very existence were oscillating before your eyes.
Suddenly, one of them disappears entirely. The moon begins to rise, but you barely notice it. The wavering of your last neighbor has you rapt, and you feel something very peculiar happening to yourself...

Two dead bodies litter the street, bloodied and torn. MatthewV howls, and with superhuman speed, disappears into the forest.

In your slumber you see an image of ________, asleep in bed. Moonlight strikes ___ face and... nothing happens. Innocent.
You dream of your childhood, playing games with the other children. In the dream you begin to age and your friends slowly start to vanish until only _______ remains by your side, steadfast and resolute. Innocent.
In your dream you see a field of daffodils. _______ is sitting in the middle of the field, but ___ doesn't see you right in front of ___. A butterfly flutters in and lands on ___ finger, obviously unafraid. Innocent.

And guilty investigations got one of these two:
You see yourself walking through the village square. In the distance you spy _______, staring off into the woods. You call out to ___ and ___ turns around and grins, baring sharp fangs and glowing eyes. Werewolf!
You feel yourself floating, but see nothing around you. Suddenly you spy mysterious footprints somehow sunken into the void. You follow the footprints as they morph into bloody pawprints. Finally you look up and see a snarling beast; its fur matches the unique tint of ______'s hair. Werewolf!

IIUC, burning #7 or #8 that last day would have guaranteed a town win, and burning #7 on day 4 would have given the town 50% at winning.

I don't think so. Even if we burned Lord Kinbote and MattV first and second, we could have still lost if the randomization had two other people as scum.
