I used that exact same reasoning once to protest my grade in a physics exam. Though my solution wasn't technically "correct" (at least not with the strict definition of the word) it was a hell of a lot simpler than the book's "correct" answer.

I still believe I should of got that D. Razz

This is only true to a mathemetician -- and they are generally clueless anyway. To an engineer, Newton's equations are exactly correct. By "exactly correct" I mean that error introduced by using Newton's rather than Einstein's equations is very much less than the error in whatever measuring device you used. When you are dealing with three or four digits of accuracy, it is idiotic to worry about some factor that affects the result down around the 19th significant digit.
