yo, how bouts a game of mafia?

if possible, for 11 players.

In this game, you all play normal mafia roles, we start on day, and when voting for lynch time comes, once one person has been sent to the noose, all votes will be reset, and you can either follow through on it, or vote another person to lynch as well. You can lynch as many people as you want but their roles will not be revealed until the town decides to finish lynching and go to night. Once you have been lynched, you cannot vote anymore. No lynch is also possible.

Just picking one person at random (apply some predetermined formula on the player list) and lynching everyone else gives the town good odds at winning (assuming small number of mafia), assuming the lynch order is also done at random. There's no point to there being mafia in this game, since the town never needs to let the game go to night - and if the mafia can force it, they already won.

Hi gaggle,

I'm sure you are a great person, and probably as constant and the northern star. But in general, people are not going to join a game that is run by someone who is fairly new to the forum. With a non-regular running it, there's just too much chance of getting invested in a game and then the moderator disappears.

I see that you joined over a year ago, but with only 13 posts, you can't be considered a regular. Play in a game or two, so that people can see that you are consistent, and we'll be more interested in joining your game.

This is nothing against you, personally. I very much hope that you'll become a regular, since we could use some new blood. I promise to join your game when you do, but you don't qualify, yet.

Regards,
Zag

Dear Zag,

We appreciate your involvement in our games of mafia. However this holier-than-thou attitude is really reflecting poorly on you. You are not our leader and perhaps we want to play gaggle-atkin's game. Enthusiastic Grin Enthusiastic Grin Enthusiastic Grin

sincerely (or not)
Undercover Monk

P.S. He actually is right gaggle sorry but I can't support a game run by someone who isn't around.
