NO OUTSIDE HELP of course!
Send your solutions to me, do not post them here.
Wipe-out rules, per question:

2 correct = 3 points
3 correct = 6 points
4 correct = 10 points
5 correct = 15 points
6 correct = 21 points
7 correct = 28 points
However, even just one wrong asnwer per question means a total wipe-out for that question, 0 points.

I'll be astonished if anyone beats my score Razz

Having now checked my answers against wiki, only 6 of the 7 countries in Q7 have a population under 1m.
Maybe this be assumed to be <1.4m?

I would like to point out that this game discriminates against Americans, because we are so dang ignorant of the rest of the world.

You have to convert it to metric first.

Well done to Agamemnon - that was tricky.

I got 13/21 of the wipeouts, and still finished just outside the top 3! Razz

Just to fill in on the discussion on Qatar.
I told DP that Wiki reported 1.4m. DP said CIA has 833285.

However the CIA number says "estimated", with no sources cited.
Always being suspicious of anything that has the words "American" and "Intelligence" in the same sentence (sic), I investigated further...

World Bank (The one referred to by wiki) 1,280,862 (2008)

UN (p.18/71) 1,409,000 (2008)

Oh, and finally:
the government of Qatar "The population of Qatar amount to 1,500,000 inhabitants (according to the initial results of the second stage of the 2009 population census)."

I would say the 4 sources above are ranked in increasing order of reliability.
