For the first time ever, I got absolutely no Christmas presents. It's all right though, 'cause in the absence of losing my virginity, getting a driver's license or getting a job, I'm gonna use this as proof that I'm an adult. Yay adulthood.

BTW, I totally have an excuse for the virginity thing: medication. I think I covered that in an older post, but I feel insecure enough to bring it up again.

What cool loot did people get for Christmas? I got:

my son home for Chistmas
a watch
a new wok
an immersion blender
2 pairs of jeans (that fit great! My wife already said I can't wear them to work because they make my ass look too sexy.)
(Also this awesome computer I'm using, which was a birthday and Christmas gift back when I got it 2 months ago.)

Stuff I didn't expect
Several amazing glass pieces that my son made in the glass-blowing class he's been taking. (He's getting really good!)
Nerf gun! (My son and son-in-law also each got one, and we've already had one war.)
Remote control car
Miscellaneous kitchen gadgets
a car vacuum along with (the best part) a promise to vacuum my car for me.
a gourmet cooking lesson for myself and my daughter
a super-comfy bed cover (3 inches memory foam and an inch of soft pillow)
