This match-we have two songs with very different philosiphies. One is all about caring for nature and the other is about having no cares. Lets let democracy decide who is right.
Colors Of The Wind (Pocahontas)
Hakuna Matata (The Lion King) _________________ The Classic Blunders:
1. never get involved in a land war in Asia
2.Never go in against a Sicilian when DEATH is on the line
3. Never release Peyton Manning

I can't believe that a silly song is beating a truly emotional and meaningful song.
I mean, I like silly songs as much as the next guy, but Colors is a far superior song. |

Apparently you don't like silly songs as much as the next guy.
I can't believe a boring song about land use is that close to a fun song about not letting the world get you down. |

This one was close all the way but Hakuna Matata takes the win 8-9! _________________ The Classic Blunders:

Boo!!! I think great singing should have trumped a song about not giving a rat's ass about anything. _________________ "Love is the absolute expression of the human perfection" -Me!

Hakuna Matata is one of the songs that inspired my current philosophy. (Yes, seriously.) _________________ The enemy's base is down. |

I never took it that way though.
I always took it as "don't dwell on the past" instead of "don't worry about the consequences."
"No worries" seems to miss the mark--at least for me for the philosophy. It's more of a "no regrets" type of thing. _________________ The enemy's base is down. |
