Confused but obedient, both player head up to the can to drop in another vote, not that they seem to think over their choices too hard. Having finished his flask off, Jeff returns to once more take the votes and read them.

"Alright...for a millyun bucks, the first vote is---"

Suddenly a deep groan is head from under the floor, the entire platform shaking with tectonic-like force. The host drops the vote can, which proceeds to roll off the East side of the pier. Soon the lights, set, seating, and anything not bolted down starts tumbling across the quickly. The groan erupts into a CRACK and everything pitches over, a camera hitting both contestants in the head and knocking them unconscious.


Two months later Reuters reported on the last of the wreckage being pulled out of the water off the coast of England. A pile of legislation was passed both on the decommissioning of obsolete navy platforms, as well as reality television safety standards.

At least he voted himself off, which has a little bit of satisfaction to it....
