1) Wholes and fractions are determined by the amount of letters

Nice work. The rule was "Any letter or number with a closed off area is spam". Puctuation and symbols were not counted, and two closed off areas in a single letter (as in 8) did not count double.

I was hoping that we'd do more with capital letters as the same letters are/are not spam depending on case (Ee,Gg,Rr).
