No offense, but....

I'm posting this here, because I think it needs to be discussed. The right place to discuss the problem is ideally where it's happening, here: http://www.greylabyrinth.com/discussion/viewtopic.php?t=14579 ... well, really, the whole "Serious Discussions" board. But a lunatic tyrant is at the helm there and censoring anything I write that he doesn't like. And by "doesn't like", I mean not complying with one of his ever-changing "rules", in this case "no quoting" (because quoting is bad).
So, quoting from there (as it may be gone now ... and I can quote here, right?):
------------------------------
Here's an example of just how far this insanity is going. See my post #3 above? (if it's still there) http://www.greylabyrinth.com/discussion/viewtopic.php?p=521583#521583

My original post was as follows:

| As a result, the posters of VSP are hostile when you post things they really don't care about over there. |
Please speak for yourself. If anyone wants to stand behind you, let them, but don't speak on anyone else's behalf. |
But MatthewV made a rule. "No quoting". So he removed the quote.
In a private message, I get:
| MatthewV wrote: |
show me that you have changed. Go self-censor posts 2 and 3 into one idea.
No one is stopping you.
Extro says you are doing it.
I as a person/reader cannot see you doing it.
Look-- I removed the quotes already. What quotes have shown me is that you didn't read my entire post before starting to think about writing extro's reply. Once again, the evidence is on the GL. |

| Man. Take the time to read the Standford Prison Experiment if you want to see how a twisted idea becomes really twisted when people are involved. Yikes. |

| Oh, and also take the time to see how a good idea takes some time to grow. It is easy to stomp out the genius and good that all of us have. |

| OK, now I don't feel bad about calling The Potter a sock puppet for MatthewV. |

Do you feel bad about calling MatthewV a sock puppet for Matthew Van Atta? _________________ He tried to understand a phenomenon by describing and depicting it in utmost detail and did not emphasize experiments or theoretical explanation. |
