Would we get enough entries under gameshow? Probably.

Im thinking I will run it.

What about we do two seperate runs - gameshows & reality shows. Then for the finale - the top, say 5, from each will them run against each other to find the best between the 2? I'm just speculating on that idea.

I'm just curious about bracketing. Are there enough of each category individually? Could you just do 32-32 on either side and have the final come down to the top reality show vs. the top game show?

I dont know yet. Im actually quite happy to run them both together as a single poll. It would be a lot easier - and the Grozas and Chucks can just vote for Wheel of Fortune over Survivor if the combo comes up.

I assume everything should have 2 nominations to count, and any objections can be weighed up in thread.

Does anyone have anything written about the best approach to running a tournament? Otherwise I'll need to read through the old ones to make a formula for myself.

how many do we have? a lot of time jsut a single bracket will do for anything less than like 64.

We havent started nominations yet, as I wanted to work out the scheme first Anything that results in less manual work, works for me...

Btw, if someone else wants to co-mod this let me know - as I can set up a spreadsheet on Google docs for controlling this. That way someone can step in if I vanish for any periods for any reason.

Eitherway, if people can start putting nominations in. That would be great. We can work out the plan of attack once we know the final list of numbers. If people can second some of the suggestions, as there will be ones I havent heard of here in New Zealand.
