Spoonerism Puzzle, Part IV

It's been a while, so here's a new spoonerism puzzle. Except for the example, I don't think I'm repeating any, but you never know.

Each of these is a definition of a two-word phrase (or three words, with 'and' in the middle). They can be paired up such that the resulting phrases are spoonerisms of each other. At least one of the phrases in each pair is a reasonably common expression, but some of the others are pretty, umm, ridiculous.
