Five teams with no points at or near the end of their first halves. Shocking.

The Falcons have gained only 35 yards in the first half. They've only run 13 plays vs. 45 for the Panthers. WTF!

Not really helpful for the Wipeout picture though.

I don't have much hope for it, but it would be great if Miami could keep SF to only one more field goal at most.

Plenty of people are statistically safe, but I suppose something crazy could happen.

Regarding the top three, I have the greatest danger of still wiping out since I have all of the remaining teams.

Well, I still had the biggest list of us by far. Let's see how I fare.

Jedo wants the Wipeout to be: Fortyniners or Seahawks (secondarily: Bills or Cowboys)

Monk wants the Wipeout to be: Broncos, Buccaneers, Dolphins, Falcons, or Redskins (secondarily: Jaguars, Lions, Steelers, or Titans)

Zag wants the Wipeout to be: Browns, Colts, Rams, or Ravens (secondarily: Bills, Cowboys, Jaguars, Lions, Steelers, or Texans)

Zag succeeded this week in not having an independent pick. If he fails, at least one of us will fail with him. If we all score, ideally Monk and I will gain at least 150 points over Zag.

Admittedly, things don't look good for me standing tall over Zag or Monk this week, but the Patriots have done a spectacular job of stuffing strong offensive teams. Also, some of the historically low scoring teams are playing week opponents this week, so that helps me some.

Things will be tense. Thankfully I can watch as much football as I want this week since finals are over.

And, Quail, what are you doing?! I can't believe you picked 28/32 teams. If you survive this week, I think you will be in strong contention.
