Happy Holidays to all the friends of the Grey Labyrinth! I have posted the solution to "Alien Artifacts" in the Puzzles section, and added a somewhat silly futuristic year-end puzzle. This will be the last puzzle of this year, and if you follow the media hype, the last puzzle of the Millenium.

Of course, many people will point out that the next Millenium doesn't start for another year. But I think this is our chance to have our cake and eat it too. I'm planning on celebrating the turn of the Millenium both years.

In other news I've been tinkering with the code behind the scenes, possibly to add some new functionality soon.

Finally, I am sorry to report, the Grey Labyrinth is protesting Amazon's recent patent lawsuit. While I think Amazon.com is a great company and has done wonders for commerce on the web, I feel that this sort of patent abuse is a threat to innovation and progress, not to mention an unfair burden on tax payers. As a result, you can no longer purchase books in our Links section directly. I apologize for the inconvenience.
