urgent computer help needed

Have you installed any programs recently?

Oh and are you still able to get into windows despite the BSOD?

i can't get in, i didn't install any new programs, although outlook did open a strange email, so i might've gotten a virus

Can you start it in safe mode? I think you have to hit F8 repeatedly as your computer is starting up...not sure though; someone who actually knows about these things may want to check that.
