Not that is has any serious consequences, not that is should or would disappoint anybody here, but I might not be within the Labyrinth for a week starting tomorrow. This has nothing to do with taking a break or grudges against members. It has nothing to do with anything within the walls of the Labyrinth.
It has nothing to do with invisible text
There was once a boy, who, upon hearing of his exact time of his own death, locked himself in his room and secured everything to the floors, desks, and walls. He kept a knife taped to his desk for defense in case of attack. A travel-sized refrigerator stocked food, as did the bottom two drawers of his dresser. All he needed was two days. Two days and he would be free.

There was also a girl, who, upon reading this post, wondered where this irrelevant story was going. So she went to the author's house to investigate.

"He's in his room. Hasn't come out for over seven hours," The Mom said.

The girl went up to the boy's room and knocked. No one answered and she entered.

The author of this post was lying on his bed. There was duct tape everywhere. Even on the blankets. To keep the author from strangling, the boy said.

The girl told him to get on with the point, and the boy asked, "What
is the point?" The girl didn't understand. The boy went on a clichéd speel about the meaning and purpose of life only leading to eventual death.

The girl didn't understand.

The boy told the girl, "I'm going to die." He looked at his watch: "In about thirty-nine hours."

The girl was getting pretty frustrated. She understood, but understanding wasn't why she came to visit the boy.

Why did the boy go on about his death? Why was this stupid story in the middle of a useless post?

For thirty-eight hours and fifty-nine minutes. That's how long the girl tried to get anything more from the author. But it was, as all things dealing with the boy, useless. At sheer frustration, she untaped the knife from the boy's desk and stabbed him in the heart.

My week-long absence has nothing to do with that pitiful set of paragraphs one might call a story.

What it does have to deal with is that I'm going to North Carolina to visit my cousin. I'm sure she has a computer with an Internet connection, but whether or not I'll be able to use it is something I do not yet know.

I know many of you will now be pissed off for having their time wasted. Who wants to read such a stupid story? Who really cares that I'm going to be temporarily gone? That's why I thought I'd give you a week to get over it.
