This game will start on Day 1. There will be no night choices tonight ( due to the amount of people) So i will make the first post when day breaks, and you'll get to it! Have fun and good luck!

The Rules: (taken from MNOWAX who stole it maliciously from poker, who stole it from Mgm, who stole it....)




1. Have fun.
2. There are no unusual game mechanics twists - this is a typical day-and-night Mafia game starting in day. (The roles themselves may be somewhat tricky, however.)
3. If you're dead, you're dead. You are only allowed to make posts not based on the game, other than a go town or go mafia post, but that's it.
4. No PM communication unless your role allows it.
5. Voting must be in bold in the form of Vote:wldhrtcgd99 . Unvoting must also likewise be in bold: Unvote: Amb Unvoting is not mandatory unless you wish to completely remove your vote from anybody.
6. I hope day deadlines won't have to be established, but if they are, they will be one-week deadlines. Every night has a default five-day deadline. That assumes i make it here in that deadline, if it comes inm after the deadline, and im not here, im counting it.
7. The day will end at a deadline or at the number required to lynch, which will be the first whole number higher than half the number of surviving players (4 for 6, 7 for 13, etc.) If the day ends with the number met, the player lynched will be lynched. If the day ends with a deadline, the player with the most votes will be lynched, no execptions. In the event of a tie, there will be no lynch.
8. "No lynch" is permitted in this game.
9. During nights, if you don't have a choice, I request that you send a confirm - just to let me know you're still here.
10. In any disputes not settled here, I have the final say.
11. No editing posts. obviously.

We do need to consider the smallness of this game. With eight players, Id expect a two strong mafia. If it is strong however a mislynch could be extremely bad. (Seven go into night, possibly six at dawn - three strong would be a mafia win...)

Yes, this is a game where no lynch may well be a good play. While I never get traction on this, Day 1 is probably the only time it will be viable. After that we would have to go for broke. OTOH I certainly wont be voting it unless we get deadlined.

In the interim I will leave my vote where it is and FOS LazurusMoth for blatant bandwagonning. This of course is very hypocritical of me, I bandwagon shamelessly a lot.

(What im getting at is if we have a 3 strong mafia and we lynch a townie, the game is over... The implication is therefore the mafia in fairness will be 2 strong, but we must tread carefully)

I used to think no lynch was a viable play, but if we do not lynch (and assuming a townie dies the 1st night- that's basically a given), are we not then in a lylo situation? If we end up there, I figure it's virtually a guaranteed mafia win. I think we're better off risking it and lynching, in the hope of catching scum.

In normal mafia, 3 scum and 3 town means no lynch unless one of the mafia is brain dead. 1 player dies overnight, and the mafia would have a 3-2 advantage and thus they are going to win.

Hmm, so we're going to continue with the game even after we have passed the point of no return. Perhaps it's to show us how futile our efforts are, and thus entertainment for the Mod.

Concerning the no killing/protecting night one:

Good point: my chance of death N1 has dropped to 0%.
Bad point: I won't get protection either, and that means no depressing pamphlets from Dr. Hibbert or a malpractice suit agains Dr. Nick.

I've come to a point where I don't like bandwaggoning, BUT since another vote for kennykiller puts him at lynch -2, I think it's a reasonable move, simply to force him to respond and get active. I'm going to do it, but I STRONGLY advise that no one else does for at least another day.

Amb: instead of just instantly placing a vote on kenny, why didn't you ask the mod to replace him first?

Kenny shouldn't be lynched and neither should luc. Lucresia on the other hand, probably forgot about this game and returned to MS, although I will check to see if she's posted on GL lately.

Amb again: You went from Day 1 randomness to "down to business" with no transition. And afterwards you decide to advocate the lynch of someone who hasn't confirmed waay before you state that you want him lynched OR replaced. Seeing as how people shamelessly brought kenny to lynch-2, I think we're through with FoSs and IGMEOYs. This is my first real vote of the game, the previous ones were horseplay, unvote, vote Amb

And Mod, probe Luc and Kenny if they do not respond, please be kind enough to replace.
