Why does "DF" make me think of DP? "Dragon Feenicks"?

I think you two will be fine. It won't have mechanics as unique as Time Travel Mafia or Deep South Mafia.

Since we have a number of mafia newbies in this game, I'll just point out http://www.mafiascum.net/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page as a helpful resource, especially the "Rules and Etiquette" section. Do keep in mind that this is more than just a basic game, but I don't think you newcomers will have any problems.

I will be posting my own rules in the game thread once it starts. They're mostly common sense, but make sure you read them so you know what I expect of you. For an example, see this post.

And, of course, you can PM me any questions at any time.

I think it's legitimate. A lot of Icarians pop in very rarely, or vanish without warning. There was a comment in Homer Mafia about one of the Icarians only making one post before he was eventually modkilled. It's tough to game with them (or against them.) So while the game may be n00b friendly, I think it's fair to only allow users that have proven themselves to be active members.
