First you find a pictures on the web.
Then you copy the link to the pic (something like [url=http://blahblah.gif)]http://blahblah.gif)[/url]
Then you come to the GL and start a post.
In the post you type

[YYY]http://blahblah.gif[/YYY]

But where I wrote YYY you write img
