Apparently the OT forum developed this problem last night. Any time anyone wanted to post a message, the 'Server busy' message popped up. I am posting this here in case it happens to one of your forums.

I went to the oldest page and deleted a thread. The delete process worked. I was then able to post a message to a current thread. It cleared the problem! Old threads actually have a useful purpose!
