Preparing a slide show for youtube

I've tried to google it, but ...

I am looking for a simple freeware programme that will allow me to

- select pictures I want in a slide show
- add music (MP3) of my choice
- prepare a slide show that can be exported to YouTube.

Anyone know of a program like that?

I have no idea what the software is like, and this is not an endorsement, but it sounds from their copy that it's the sort of thing that you're looking for.

Virtualdub will allow you to edit your video. The audio is attached though. It's freeware and it's one of the tools I used to make my movie sounds thread. I used another tool to extract the audio from the video/audio component (also freeware). I'd be shocked if there weren't a freeware tool that would replace the audio on a particular track.
