At HyToFry's request, I've appointed a new moderator (Mercuria) to several of the more popular forums.

Sorry I've been inattentive lately, but it's difficult (and expensive) internet cafes of Europe. I'm currently in Rome if anyone cares.

I've been led to believe that Mercuria is familiar with the Forums and UBB and I'm sure will do a great job.
