'Kay let me paint the picture for you.
I know how you must be irritated on how I keep reminiscing about this, but a while back, I created a game called 'Points to play', rules were pretty simple enough, person with the most points awarded to them, got to eliminate someone.
During a round, there were only 6 players left, wordcross had won, and was given the duty to eliminate, he meant for the desicion to be made up by a diceroll.
MatthewV gave a dice-tag, that had accidentally landed on wordcross's number, when wordcross did an appropriate diceroll, it had landed on MatthewV's number.
After a few months or so, heck, maybe even half a year, I look back on the thread for a slight glimpse, only to shockingly find that the numbers had pulled a sigfried and roy on me. This making MatthewV's diceroll land on himself, and wordcross's diceroll thus eliminating Samadhi.
Evidence can be found right here:

No, I don't think there is any intention of replaying those last few rounds and looking at what might've been.
Though this does confuse me, puts me in an akward spot, as though a wrongdoing had been done, is there any way to know WHY the dice-roll numbers switched their original places? _________________ Potato. Belgium. Eight. Random Lynch # Mafia awaits. |

| We had a similar thing on scum, after a server upgrade. I'd expect it's related to the move. (I'm not sure how the dice tags are coded, so I can't say more than that.) |

| I don't know why they changed, but I know my post took several tries to get it to land on wordcross. Any moderator could theoretically change the results of a dice roll without anyone knowing about it. |

Not *any* dice roll. _________________ And he lived happily ever after. Except for the dieing at the end and the heartbreak in between. |

Not *any* dice roll. |
Can you find me one on this site that I couldn't change?

Do administrators have an "edited" note placed at the end of their own posts?
I love Neo. |

Yes, there is an edit note there, as you can see.
It works like any other user. If I edit a post before anybody else makes a post after it in the thread, there is no notification. If I edit the post after additional posts have been made, there is a notification.
However, admins (and mods, I believe) can edit other people's posts at any time, and the notification doesn't show up, as is evidenced by my vandalism of Courky's previous post. _________________

The one that had a total of 7?
No, the Total isn't new.

| How do you subtract die rolls from die rolls, like 10d10 - 5d6? Is that supported? |

Sure that's supported. You do it like this:
| Dice Roll: | Original Roll String: 10d10 10 10-Sided Dice Results: 6, 4, 6, 6, 7, 10, 5, 7, 8, 1 (Total = 60) br> |
-
| Dice Roll: | Original Roll String: 5d6 5 6-Sided Dice Results: 6, 2, 5, 3, 5 (Total = 21) br> |

But the strings are seperate.
| Code: |
| [dice]10d10[/dice]-[dice]5d6[/dice]= |
is two strings. Is it supported in one string? |

| No. That would be too much work to code for what it is worth. You should have learned subtraction in elementary school. |

| So, in short, I'd have to double post if that situation ever came up. Nice to know. |
