Nice Puzzle! I have to admit that I never really looked at the title, but that was a big hint. I don't always feel this way, but I do think it was solvable and we should have gotten it with less hinting.

I think you have the right answers. The fact that the clues are circular is important because it looks like they overlap.

About two dancing unearthly fee without any fuel = THREE

Fuel production process turns out clingy after halved quote = RECITE + YCLING

Quote parts of sword about = WORDS
