When I open a forum and read one new post in it, when I back out of the thread, firefox no longer recognizes that I haven't read the other posts, and indicates all are read. I just upgraded to firefox 3, but I haven't heard of anyone else having this problem.

I upgraded to Firefox 3 using Windows 2000 and haven't had that problem. Maybe my Windows version is too old to have all of the new features inflicted on it.

Sounds like a cookies problem. I used to have the same problem under Firefox 2 on another forum.
