Can I please please, please have my name back? I know I didn't have it for too long,but I was kinda attached to it.

Actually, I'm too burnt out to think of another one I'd like as much, and I'm getting tired of this long winded handle I've got now.

I think you had mentioned that you could delete my old registration and I could then reregister. If it's possible.....

Kevin solved my problem (twice) without me having to re-register. He just reset something, upped the post count and I could post again as DP.

I can delete your old name.

This will reset your post count to 0.

I can't modify the post count without ftp access to the GL.

I asked Kevin for ftp access today, but giving me said access would be risky for Kevin. Someone with ftp access can do anything to the site. As I'm sure you're all aware, I would never do anything to hurt my favorite site. It's still a big leap of faith for Kevin though.

I can reset your usernames now, or you can wait and see if I get ftp access. Also, I can reset it now, and if I later get ftp access, I'll add the current number of posts to your account.

Just tell me what you want me to do; I'll do it if it's within my power. [=

For me, delete old name so I can register. I think that's a good solution especially if you can possibly in the future return post numbers, especially to people like Macros and Loopy Dog (see, I don't even know his real name!!)
