I'm an ox too! Specifically, a wood ox. I'm going to have a crazy party in 2045! [for some reason I really love Chinese New Year, even though I don't have an reason to observe it]

My youngest daughter was the tallest in her class, so she got to be the head of the dragon during the celebrations in her school.
Her school is very multinational and multidenominational in its outlook and they learn all about different cultures and customs.
My other two kids go to the same school.
My other daughter got the "Gaeilgeoir na Seachtaine" award (Irish speaker of the week).
My son got a note sent home in his homework journal.
All in all, an eventful day. Revenge most foul!

Saturday I went to a wedding reception at a Vietnamese restaurant. It was most excellent! There were about eight courses, each one better than the one before. Instead of champagne they placed a bottle of Remy Martin Cognac on our table. I was the only one who liked it. Mrs. Q drove on the way home.
