Good point Sentran. very general rules!

1. players will be divided into two tribes each with a separate thread and be given a task to perform as a group. whichever tribe wins the challenge will have immunity for that week.
2. Each week the losing tribe will pm me their votes for tribal council. Whoever receives the most votes will be eliminated from the game.
3. At some point the tribes will merge and the game will become individual challenges and individual immunity.
4. Like the show itself there will be many twists.

The twists will depend on number of competitors

What sort of tasks are you talking about? Puzzles and the like?

I absolutely detest the show, mostly because of the talking and whining. If it were just the competitions and the voting, with the latter constituting only about 1/5 the time, I would like the show a lot.

By the way, I know personally someone who was on the actual show. It was one in the South Pacific, and she was the first one voted off. She said it was fabulous, because the company then paid for her to vacation anywhere she wanted to go in the South Pacific, everything first class. Since they have everyone come back at the end, they didn't just send her home. She said if she ever was going to go on again, she do whatever she could to get voted off first!

the tasks will be common labyrinth games like sheep or wipeout. There will not be a redemption island this time until i get one game under my belt. I am considering adding riddle and puzzles as makeshift clues to hidden immunity idols. Until I get a clear number of players i will not finalize the twists but it will be an interesting expirience.

perfect 10 fizzled and died due to my two week vacation in november and the fact that I never got a submission from one contestant.

The game just takes to long in forum its much better face to face. though that is one game i am considering modifying for use in survivor. so yeah its dead. cmon guys I just need one more player to begin.

I'd imagine with only 10 that the challenges will be individual right?

Also, when I ran survivor I actually had to record when people accessed the puzzles and time how long it took before an answer was forthcoming. Otherwise the person who logged on first pretty much had immunity.

Welcome labyrinthiers to the next edition of survivor. I have randomly divided you into two tribes of five people. For the next several weeks you will compete alongside your fellow tribemates with one goal in mind. To become the sole survivor. The tribes are as follows:

You will have your own thread and i would ask on the honor system that you refrain from looking at the other tribes thread. I will post all general and challenge info in this thread. However tribal council info will be posted in tribe threads as well as hidden immunity idol clues. The first team challenge will be posted tomorrow morning. 10 people, 49 days, one survivor!

I hate to bring this up now, but Chaz has been AWOL for almost a week. I had to replace him in my Mafia game.

welcome survivors to the first immunity challenge. I wanted to post this earlier but had a paper i had to write so this is a little late in coming but lets get started. First looking at your tribe threads i found it interesting how both tribes interpreted the tree mail. For those that havent seen the show the survivors get treemail before every challenge that gives clues and sometimes practice materials to what the challenge will be. This allows strategies to be formed before the challenge is announced.

On to the challenge we will be playing a team version of the game Isolation. Here's how it works the two tribes Palidan (green) and Aidap (yellow) will start on separate sides of the board. The teams will take turns moving to one adjacent space and blacking out any spot on the board (preventing movement into that space). Only one player moves per turn which means it is likely one or two players wont move the entire challenge. I will take the first move posted in this thread as your teams official turn. If no one on your tribe can move then you have lost the challenge and will have to vote someone out of your tribe. I randomnly drew names and Tribe Aidap will have the first move.

OK i didn't want to do this but we seem to be off to a slow start so from this post each team has 24 hours to post their move, before play passes to the other team. Also remember that while this is a team event players must post their own moves. If your team wants Zag to move zag must post, if lexprod is the one to move lex must post not Amb. savvy.

I will also prod all players who have not posted and seek replacements if they don't respond soon. good luck.
