UBB ordered lists fail

[Antrax]

The UBB feature of ordered lists (by 1,2,3 or A,B,c) doesn't seem to work. (Should be "list type=1" or "list type=A", but instead produces a bullet-style list with the relevant "list type" statement written as text).

The documentation has always been wrong about this. It's really [list=1] for a numbered list and [list=a] for a lettered list.
